- Nike React foam: its former impact toughness has been softened with the addition of Nike React foam in the midsole, a fairly popular technology in Nike running shoes, which make the Metcon Turbo 2 a more suitable training shoe for faster, repetitive and higher impact movements such as box jumps or jumping jacks.
- The Metcon Turbo 2 toe upper is designed to be durable, breathable, lightweight and thin.
- Completely revamped outsole in the forefoot area, with sticky rubber for increased traction. And more stable: they incorporate a more resistant rubber in the heel for complete control of the stability of your position.
- More secure: they provide a new lace lock to prevent the laces from untying with friction.
